A family firm, one job at a time
Walsh Property Renovations is run by Paul and Martyn Walsh. Between us we've spent years on the tools across Blackburn and East Lancashire, and we set the firm up to do one thing properly: take a room — or a whole house — from tired to finished, with one of us responsible for it from the first visit to the final clean.
It's a deliberately small, hands-on outfit. The one who quotes your job is the one who runs it, so you're never passed down a chain of project managers or handed to a subcontractor you've never met. You choose your kitchen, bathroom suite or units from wherever suits you — we're fitters and renovators, not a showroom — and we take it from there: rip-out, first fix, plastering, fitting, flooring, finishing and decoration, handled as one job.
We work within the existing structure of your home — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, whole-room and whole-house refits, decoration and the trades that serve them. We don't do structural alterations, knock-throughs or building-control work; where a job needs that, we'll tell you straight and point you the right way. Everything is fully insured and carries a written 12-month guarantee. Family-run, fixed written quotes, tidy sites — done properly, first time.

Whichever of us quotes your job runs it day to day — one point of contact from the first visit to the final snag. No showroom, no sales rep, no handover to a stranger.
You buy it, we fit it
You choose your kitchen, bathroom or units from wherever suits your budget and taste. We're fitters and renovators, not a design studio — we give honest, practical advice on what works, then fit it properly.
Fixed written quotes, no surprises
Every job is measured and quoted in writing, itemised and fixed before anything's ripped out. If something unexpected turns up behind the plaster, you hear about it the same day with options and a price.
The whole job, one team
Rip-out, first fix, plastering, fitting, flooring, tiling, finishing and decoration — coordinated as one job, so nobody's waiting on a trade who hasn't turned up.

We cover the rooms and the whole house. Kitchens — fitting and full renovations. Bathrooms — fitting, wet rooms and en-suites. Fitted bedrooms — wardrobes and storage built into the awkward corners.
