This Sunnyhurst kitchen came to us as a bare shell. The structural extension had been built and handed over by another contractor — our job was to take it from brick and blockwork to a finished, liveable kitchen. We insulated and plasterboarded throughout, plastered, and laid a solid wood floor across the whole open-plan space. Then we fitted the Wren kitchen: a large island with induction hob and island extractor, full-height units, double oven, integrated appliances and black stone worktops. With the existing skylights and garden glazing bringing the light in, the finished room is bright, open and built to last — a proper finish on someone else's structural work.

What was included
Insulation and plasterboarding throughout the shell. Full plastering. Solid wood flooring laid across the open-plan space. Wren kitchen fitted: island with induction hob and island extractor, full-height and base units, double oven and integrated appliances, black stone worktops, wine cooler. All electrics second-fixed for the kitchen, plumbing for sink and appliances, and full decoration. Structural extension by others; fit-out and finish by Walsh Property Renovations.
